C-17 Globemaster III Maintenance Trainers
The C-17 Globemaster is the U.S. Air Force’s premiere heavy lift aircraft.
AAI has developed the C-17 Maintenance Training System (MTS) to support the training needs for this complex and highly computerized aircraft.
The MTS provides skill development for more than 1,100 aircraft maintenance tasks at a high physical and functional fidelity level. Technicians from all five C-17 Air Force specialty codes benefit from hands-on training by running aircraft technical orders exactly as they would on in-service aircraft. Instructors have the ability to insert faults to provide realism for students.
AAI provides training analysis, systems engineering, software engineering, mechanical and electrical design, logistics, field support, and trainer production for the C-17 MTS Program.
