AAI’s Joint Service Electronic Combat Systems Tester (JSECST) delivers confidence for flight crews and the military technicians who support them.
In a report to the U.S. Secretary of Defense, the General Accountability Office recommended that JSECST be expanded to other military aircraft such as bombers, rotocraft, and transports. The report stated, “Because the new tester is so effective, we are recommending that you direct the Air Force and the Navy to consider expanding the use of the new tester beyond their fighter aircraft to other types of aircraft.”
Designated AN/USM-670 Electronic Systems Test Set by the U.S. government, our JSECST employs advanced, innovative electronic end-to-end test technology — and it is in production and available today. Its superior features quickly and accurately test and fault-isolate electronic combat and avionics systems in today’s advanced combat aircraft.
MEON is an end-to-end confidence flight line test set used for stimulation and radiometric measurement of missile warning system and infrared countermeasures. It is compatible with ALQ-144, ALQ-157, ALQ-204 (Matador), AAQ-24 (Nemesis), and ALQ-212 (ATIRCM). MEON is man-portable and battery-powered.
