  July 19, 2010 Italy Selects AAI's Shadow® 200 Tactical Unmanned Aircraft System  
    AAI Corporation, an operating unit of Textron Systems, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, announced today that Italy's Ministry of Defense (MoD) - Directorate of General Aeronautical Armament has selected AAI's Shadow 200 Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems (TUAS) for the Italian Army. Under this 51 million euro ($64 million) award, Italy will purchase four Shadow TUAS for deployment alongside NATO forces.  
       
  June 28, 2010 AAI Receives U.S. Air Force Award for Meteorological System Logistics and Technical Services  
    AAI Corporation announced today that it has received a five-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) award with a total potential value of $47.5 million from the U.S. Air Force 84th Combat Sustainment Wing, based at Hill Air Force Base in Utah. The first delivery order is valued at more than $5.2 million. Under this IDIQ contract, AAI’s Logistics & Technical Services team will provide contractor logistics support (CLS) for the AN/TMQ-53 Tactical Meteorological Observing System (TMOS).   
       
  May 20, 2010 Saab Awards AAI $31.4 Million to Provide Combat-Proven Shadow® Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems for the Swedish Armed Forces  
    AAI Corporation announced today that Sweden’s lead system integrator, Saab AB (publ), has selected AAI’s Shadow 200 Tactical Unmanned Aircraft System (TUAS) for use by the Swedish armed forces. As the winner of a competition conducted by Saab on behalf of the Swedish Ministry of Defence, AAI has contracted to provide two Shadow 200 systems and associated services under the $31.4 million award.
